Role Objective

We are looking for a certified L1 Desktop Engineer to provide high-level technical support for our IT Infrastructure in Hazira. The ideal Candidate will have a solid engineering background (BE) and the technical expertise to manage hardware, basic networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware Lifecycle Management: Full Support for Desktops, All-in-One (AIO) PCs, Printers, and Scanners (Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair).

- Incident Management: Attend and Resolve L1-Level technical calls within defined SLAs.

- Network Administration: Basic troubleshooting of Network problems (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and handling connectivity issues.

- System Configuration: Managing Windows OS environments and ensuring all end-user systems are patched and updated.

- Peripheral Support: Expert-Level troubleshooting for high-end office printers and scanning equipment.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E is mandatory

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after completing graduation.

- Certifications: Must hold at least one valid certification: CCNA, JNCIA or MCSA

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of hardware components and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

- Communication: Ability to interact professionally with corporate users at the Hazira Site.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,017.83 per month
