• Bachelor's degree
• Strong skills in Corel Draw, Adobe illustrator, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to organization and detail Self-motivated and self-managed approach with a high degree of analytical and problem-solving ability
• Solid priority management and time management skills, with the ability to recalibrate quickly according to changing conditions
• A team-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Graphics/printing industry experience a definite plus
• Must have Knowledge of fabrics, colors, textiles, and promotional products and Drawing or graphic design skills

• Motivate to acquire and learn sufficient knowledge of services, processes, products, and terminology to support customers and answer inquiries
• Complete assigned projects according to specifications to meet the needs of internal and external customers
• Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one with client and employees at all levels, present information to large and small groups
• Increase work pace to meet deadlines when necessary
• Adapt to different personalities and work situations, while demonstrating respect for internal and external personnel
• Recognize and respond appropriately to problem situations, and correctly diagnose and effectively communicate the causes of problems
• Willing to participate and contribute to any team project.
