Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Designer role located in Jodhpur. As a Designer, you will conceptualize, develop, and refine designs for a variety of handcrafted products. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating innovative design concepts, selecting appropriate materials, and collaborating with skilled artisans to produce high-quality items. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure product alignment with design requirements and cultural aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Software and Tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, or equivalent design platforms)
• Strong skills in Creativity, Pattern Design, and Color Theory application
• Knowledge of Materials Selection, including wood, textiles, and metals commonly used in handcrafted products
• Experience with Prototyping and Production Processes in the handicraft or manufacturing industry
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively with artisans and clients
• Ability to Research cultural trends, traditional art, and innovative techniques to inspire design concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the handicraft or design industry is a plus
