Zensciences is a place where we turn complex business information and data into visual stories. We are looking for a Presentation Designer who understands that a great presentation is a powerful tool for a C-Suite audience (CEOs and Directors) . Your mission is to take raw information and build a visual bridge that helps leaders see the right conclusion instantly.

The Mindset: Every Pixel is an Opportunity In our fast-paced agency, we use templates and assets to work efficiently. However, we believe that a template is only the beginning. We are looking for a designer who brings a "fresh eyes" approach to every task:

• Intentional Design: We value the time you spend thinking about the logic before you start moving pixels. Every line, color, and shape on your slide should be there for a specific reason, not just to fill space .
• Elevating the Foundation: We don’t just "finish" slides; we improve them. We want someone who looks at a standard template and finds a way to make it feel custom-made for the specific story being told.
• A Fresh Visual Voice: While we use asset libraries, we never want our work to look "off-the-shelf." We challenge you to take common symbols, like those for ideas or processes and give them a new, unique look that reflects the high-stakes nature of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Story Architecture: Partner with our strategy and content teams to create high-quality business presentations that feel effortless for a leader to read.
• Visual Clarity: Transform dense, complex data into clean, Executive-grade slides where the main point can be understood in under 5 seconds .
• Brand Excellence: Ensure all work is professional, perfectly aligned, and follows the brand’s visual rules with zero errors.
• Proactive Upgrades: Stay aware of modern design trends and suggest new ways to keep our clients' visual style ahead of the competition.

What You Bring

• 0-2 Years of Experience: A background in high-level corporate or presentation design .
• Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strategic Thinking: The ability to look at a page of text and "see" the best visual way to explain it to a busy executive .
