Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Planning

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for residential, commercial, and real estate projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Assist in conceptualizing design ideas based on client requirements.

2. 2D & 3D Design Development

- Create 2D drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations for presentations and project understanding.
- Convert architectural drawings into scale models or 3D printable formats when required.

3. Coordination with Teams

- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Provide design details required for model-making and project presentations.
- Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.

4. Presentation & Documentation

- Prepare presentation drawings, layouts, and design boards for client meetings.
- Maintain organized design documentation and project files.
- Assist in preparing project reports and design presentations.

5. Design Quality & Standards

- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and architectural standards.
- Maintain high accuracy, detailing, and visual quality in drawings and models.

Software Skills

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (for rendering)
- Photoshop / Illustrator (for presentations)
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Architectural Drafting.
- 1–4 years of experience in architectural design or related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
