Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Lead - Brand and Marketing, based in Gurugram. The Design Lead will be responsible for developing and overseeing design strategies, producing high-quality visual content, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Key responsibilities include leading creative campaigns, conceptualizing designs, collaborating with marketing teams, managing project timelines, managing design team, providing creative direction to the design team, and staying updated on design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Visual Storytelling with expertise in tools like Adobe Suite, Corel, and other design softwares
• Experience in Brand Development and Brand Consistency across various platforms
• Strong skills in Creative Direction, Concept Development, and Campaign Execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Social Media teams
• Excellent Project Management and Time-Management skills
• Attention to detail and a strong aptitude for creativity and innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in leadership roles within creative or marketing teams
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a plus
