Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Design Engineer to develop new products and engineering solutions. The role involves creating detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and collaborating with production teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Modeling

• Develop innovative design solutions for new products and systems.
• Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.

Prototyping & Testing

• Develop and evaluate prototypes to test functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze test results and improve designs accordingly.

Manufacturing Collaboration

• Work closely with production and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and optimized for manufacturability (DFM).

Documentation

• Maintain accurate engineering records and technical documentation.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM).

Compliance

Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Technical Skills GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CAD Software
• Knowledge of Material Science
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Soft Skills
• Project management Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
