Job Purpose

This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. Duties And Responsibilities

• Managing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers
• Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics
• Liase with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns
• Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics
• Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Good experience of MS Excel
• Functional understanding of UNICA and Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
