• Support field through trouble shooting on system
• Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
• Monthly hold clearance
• Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
• Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
• Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
• Liasoning with functional team – Operations<
