Job Description :
  • Inspection and audit of TL construction work including substation as per FQAP and checklists.
  • Quality audits and Quality checks during erection of Towers.
  • Quality inspection during stringing activity and knowledge in stringing process and procedure.
  • Monitoring and planning the Site quality inspections through TPAs.
  • Knowledge of testing of Fresh Concrete, NDT & core test.
  • Knowledge of raw material testing for civil construction works at site and lab.
  • Monitor and review all the Civil activities at site like material incoming, in-process activities, testing and commissioning.
  • Inspection of incoming materials Cement, steel, tower parts, stringing HW fittings and conductor.
  • Knowledge of relevant IS codes related to Foundations and civil construction raw material testing.
  • Identify observations, record and circulate observation reports to project Engineer and contractors..
  • Preparation of NCs if any, find out root cause, proposed corrective action and suggest preventive action..
  • Follow up of Quality observations/NCs and timely closure with contractor.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly Quality report and circulate to project and quality manager regarding progress reports, inspection & test status, quality issues & NC status.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation and field test reports as per QAP & ITP.
  • Coordinating with the contractors for routine site inspection and Field test.
  • Providing on quality training session to contractors Engineers and workman.
  • Periodic Quality Auditing across the sites and material storage yard.
  • Review and Assuring implementation of Quality Plan.
