Hiring: Deputy Manager / Manager – Plant Accounts

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Plant Accounts Professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure financial discipline at the plant level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the plant
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Finalize accounts including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and supporting schedules
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams for financial control and MIS reporting
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Strengthen internal controls and maintain financial discipline across plant operations
Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in plant accounting/manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines
