**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the **HORECA Sales Team** in acquiring new clients through culinary expertise and product demonstrations.
- Conduct **live cooking demonstrations, product trials, and recipe applications** for hotels, restaurants, and catering clients.
- Strong expertise in **Indian Cuisine including Tandoor, Mughlai, and South Indian dishes**.
- Demonstrate product applications aligned with **regional taste preferences and authentic Indian flavors**.
- Assist in **menu development, recipe standardization, and product innovation** for clients.
- Participate in **customer meetings, chef interactions, and culinary presentations**.
- Build strong relationships with **Executive Chefs, Kitchen Teams, and HORECA partners**.
- Travel across **South India for client visits, demonstrations, and business development activities**.
- Collect **market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information** to support product improvement.
- Represent the company in **food exhibitions, culinary events, and chef meets**.
  • *Qualification**

Diploma / Degree in **Hotel Management / Culinary Arts** preferred.
