Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Deputy Manager based in Irinjalakuda. As a Deputy Manager, you will manage and oversee business operations, ensure the achievement of organizational goals, and implement strategic initiatives for process improvements. Responsibilities also include team supervision, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and exceptional customer service will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and operational efficiency
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of financial products, strategic planning, and market analysis
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and meet business objectives
• Prior experience in financial services or NBFCs is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices is an advantage
