Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations of 30+ restaurant outlets.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant and store operations.
• Drive sales growth, revenue generation, and profitability.
• Monitor and manage P&L performance of multiple outlets.
• Lead and manage Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, and store teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and food safety compliance.
• Handle inventory control, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Support new store openings and business expansion initiatives.
