Title: Department Manager – New Luxury Boutique Opening (Bangalore)

About the Role: We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Department Manager to lead our team for the grand opening of our luxury boutique in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving the commercial success of your department while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high-end service.

Key Responsibilities:

• People Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the highest luxury standards.
• Team Building: Act as a true Team Player and builder, creating a cohesive, positive, and high-performing work environment.
• KPI & Performance Strategy: Monitor and analyze department KPIs (Conversion, UPT, AUR, and Sales targets). Implement action plans to consistently over-deliver on business goals.
• Brand Ambassador: Ensure the team embodies the brand’s Italian heritage and delivers an impeccable customer journey.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and back-office procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Department Manager (or equivalent leadership role) in Luxury Retail or Premium Lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record in People Management and developing high-potential talent.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of retail business metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for Italian craftsmanship.
