Dental Sales Representative

You will be part of a dynamic and result-oriented Sales team with 412 years of experience in dental products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, cultivate strong relationships with dentists and dealers, and enhance market presence in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and consumables to dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and dealers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within your assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for dental professionals.
- Participate in dental conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure regular updates in CRM.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of dental products and equipment.
- Good understanding of the market and the needs of Dentists, Dental clinics, hospitals, and dealers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- Proficient in presentation and demonstration techniques.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office & CRM tools.
- Willingness to extensively travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Profile:
- Prior experience collaborating with dental dealers and distributors.
- Extensive network within the dentists and dental clinics community.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets consistently.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Any relevant industry certifications would be considered an added advantage.
