Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Boy based in Rajasthan, India. The Delivery Boy will be responsible for efficiently delivering and picking up documents, parcels, or other company-related items. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate delivery logs, ensuring items are safely transported, and providing excellent customer service during interactions with recipients and colleagues. Following all company guidelines and safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle interactions professionally and courteously
• Teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with team members
• Experience with document handling, integration processes, or other related operational tasks is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to maintain delivery records accurately
• Familiarity with local roads and travel routes in Rajasthan is advantageous
• Previous experience in delivery services or logistics will be beneficial
