Role Overview :

We are looking for a Delivery & Vendor Management Lead with strong experience in India-focused IT staff augmentation / contract staffing. The person will take ownership of fulfillment of client requirements by driving recruiter productivity, building local vendor partnerships, and implementing delivery processes to ensure timely closures.

This role is for someone who has worked in a staffing firm handling India-based requirements and knows how to build vendor ecosystems and delivery engines from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery Ownership

  • Own fulfillment of India-based staffing requirements

  • Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles

  • Maintain pipeline visibility across open roles

Vendor Network Building

  • Identify, onboard, and manage Indian staffing vendors

  • Build relationships with regional recruitment agencies

  • Drive vendor submission performance and accountability

Recruiter Enablement

  • Guide internal recruiters on sourcing strategies

  • Set submission and closure targets

  • Improve recruiter output and quality

Process Implementation

  • Build simple and scalable delivery workflows

  • Implement trackers, dashboards, and ATS hygiene

  • Introduce best practices from established staffing firms

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with sales and account managers

  • Provide delivery forecasts and risk flags to leadership

Must-Have Experience :

  • 4–8 years in Indian IT staffing / staff augmentation delivery

  • Hands-on experience managing staffing vendors in India

  • Experience leading recruiter teams

  • Proven success in fulfilling India-based tech requirements

  • Strong understanding of Indian staffing commercials and margins

  • Ability to set up delivery processes from scratch

Preferred :

  • Existing vendor network in Indian tech hiring

  • Experience working with ATS / recruitment CRMs

  • Pan India staffing market exposure
