Job Title: Delivery Lead- Banking and Financial

We at Coforge are hiring Delivery Lead-Banking and Financial with the following skillset:

Responsibilities: -

- Own end‑to‑end delivery and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
- Drive program governance, risk management, and delivery standardization.
- Lead modernization initiatives including cloud migration, containerization, and platform engineering.
- Mentor and develop teams, build a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Manage CXO‑level stakeholder communication, roadmaps, risks, and value realization.
- Oversee resource planning, cost optimization, and delivery KPIs.
- Lead transformation initiatives and support organizational change adoption.

Required:

- Strong delivery and program management experience across scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
- Good understanding of modern architectures (AI, microservices, cloud‑native, API‑first).
- Proven leadership of multi‑location engineering and delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and conflict resolution.
- Business understanding of P&L, margins, forecasts, SLAs, and ROI‑based prioritization.
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, and modernization programs.
