Job Overview:

Delhi Metro is hiring Ticketing Executives to support daily operations at various metro stations across Delhi NCR. This is a public-facing, customer service role ideal for freshers looking for a stable government-sector opportunity.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
• Age Limit: 18–30 years
• Basic understanding of cash handling, customer service, and computers
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ticketing counters and smart card recharge kiosks
• Assist passengers in purchasing tickets or resolving fare issues
• Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately
• Provide information on routes, timings, and travel rules
• Maintain daily ticketing logs and reports as per guidelines
• Coordinate with station controllers and security staff for smooth operations
