Job Overview:

The Delhi Metro is inviting applications for the post of Customer Relations Assistant (CRA). This role is ideal for 12th pass and graduate freshers interested in a public-facing, stable government-sector job in Delhi’s mass transit system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: 12th Pass (Any Stream)
• Preferred: Graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.)
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
• Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of computers and communication skills
• Physically and mentally fit for duty at metro stations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with ticketing, smart card recharge, and fare inquiries
• Provide route guidance and support at metro stations and customer helpdesks
• Handle customer complaints and feedback with courtesy and professionalism
• Ensure passenger safety, cleanliness, and queue management
• Coordinate with the station controller and security personnel as needed
