Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal for Law at IEC Law College (Under Vocational Education Foundation), located in Greater Noida. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily academic and administrative activities of the Law department. Key responsibilities include leading faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, managing curriculum development, fostering student success, and establishing collaborations with legal institutions. The role demands a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal education and promoting research and innovation within the department.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise and experience in legal education, academia, and management, including curriculum design and faculty leadership.
- Robust knowledge of legal systems, regulations, and compliance requirements in the field of law.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage academic teams effectively and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Ability to foster an environment of research, innovation, and academic excellence in the law discipline.
- Possession of a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Law along with substantial experience in academia or the legal profession.
- Experience in administrative roles such as Dean, HOD, or similar positions is highly desirable.
