Position: Dean – Medical College

Location: Sangareddy (Resident Preferred)

Job Description:

The Dean will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and clinical leadership of the Medical College. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, maintaining academic excellence, supervising faculty, and overseeing hospital–college coordination.

Qualifications:

- MBBS with MD / DNB from a recognized institution
- Minimum 15 years of academic experience in a Medical College
- At least 5 years experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Professor
- Experience in handling regulatory bodies such as National Medical Commission (NMC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for academic and clinical programs
- Ensure compliance with guidelines of the National Medical Commission
- Supervise faculty recruitment, development, and performance
- Maintain high standards in medical education, research, and patient care
- Coordinate with hospital administration and university management
- Oversee accreditation, inspections, and institutional policies
- Guide curriculum implementation and academic planning

Requirements:

- Must be residing in Sangareddy or willing to relocate
- Robust leadership and administrative capabilities
- Experience in reputed medical colleges or corporate hospitals preferred
- Ex-doctors with strong academic leadership background preferred
