Job Title: Closing Manager

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Closing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in office role based in Virar, Mumbai. The Closing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Job Profile

- Responsible for increasing Direct - Sales at a site to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments for closed deals and coordinating property registrations in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
- Manage and convert leads generated through digital channels, direct walk-ins, and Channel Partner (CP) walk-ins to achieve sales closure targets.
- Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets
- Driving business and acquiring new customers through Channel Partners existing leads, cold calling, self-generation, networking and referrals
- Meeting channel partners and discussing about the challenges faced by them to sell/promote the groups products and help them overcome those challenges.
- Plan, design and Implement various Channel Partner Programs to generate business
- Give feedback calls to customers and ensure to update the same in the walk-in report.
- Should be excellent in negotiation and closing the deals.
- Do regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure.
- Crafting sales strategies to ensure all sales plans and targets are executed.
- Ensure end-to-end booking process with a collection of the initial booking amount till the disbursement of their home loan
- Understand and keep abreast with the competition and their activities related to current pricing, offers and sales strategy.
- Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving towards maximizing sales for the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in real estate closing
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented
- Strong knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and regulatory compliances related to property transactions.
- Proficient in preparing client presentations, sales reports, and closing documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
