Key Responsibilities and Duties
Child Care & Safety: Supervise children to ensure safety at all times, including during meals, play, and naptime.
Educational Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum, stories, games, and activities to foster cognitive and motor skills.
Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene routines, including diapering, potty training, and feeding.
Social-Emotional Growth: Support emotional development, encourage positive peer interaction, and assist with social skills.
Communication: Maintain open, ongoing communication with parents regarding children’s daily progress, behavior, and needs.
Compliance: Adhere to licensing regulations, health standards, and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: Previous experience working with young children in a licensed daycare or school setting.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
Skills: Strong communication, patience, creativity, behavioral management skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
