Key ResponsibilitiesChild Care & Safety

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in the day care program.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment.
• Assist children with daily routines such as meals, nap time, and hygiene.

Learning & Activities

• Plan and conduct simple educational and play-based activities suitable for young children.
• Encourage social, emotional, and creative development.
• Organize storytelling, arts and crafts, games, and fun learning activities.

Parent Communication

• Communicate with parents about children’s daily activities, behavior, and progress.
• Address parent concerns politely and professionally.

Classroom Management

• Maintain attendance and activity records for day care children.
• Ensure toys, materials, and play areas are organized and hygienic.
• Coordinate with other teachers and staff when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in daycare, preschool, or childcare environment preferred, Freshers can also Apply.
• Patient, caring, and energetic personality.
• Ability to manage young children with love and discipline.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of child safety and hygiene.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working in preschools or daycare centers.
• Creative skills such as storytelling, music, crafts, or activity planning.
• Warm and friendly personality with strong responsibility toward children.
