Data Science Lead – NLP & Generative AI

Experience: 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end NLP and Generative AI solutions including text classification, summarization, conversational AI, and RAG systems
• Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based models using transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA)
• Implement embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and prompt engineering workflows
• Build scalable ML pipelines using deep learning and hybrid ML architectures
• Deploy models using MLOps practices on cloud (Azure preferred)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in NLP and Generative AI development
• Proficiency with Python, Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience building RAG architectures and vector search systems
• Strong understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and productionization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
