About the Role

Join us at Adobe as a Data Science Engineer 2, where you will play a pivotal role in our Experience Insights team, located in Noida. Key Responsibilities
  • Compose, build, and operationalize LLM-based models and pipelines to analyze user chat, conversation logs, and other unstructured text data.
  • Apply advanced text analytics techniques, including classification, clustering, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and summarization.
  • Work hands-on with large datasets using SQL and data querying tools, integrating data from multiple sources such as chat logs, transaction data, clickstream, and customer attributes.
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear, compelling stories and insights tailored for business and senior leadership audiences.
  • Partner with the data engineering team to build and improve the data/insights infrastructure. Craft vital reports and dashboards to communicate insights visually. These tools enable self-service and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to identify high-impact analytics use cases across the e-commerce funnel, including browse, search, conversion, fulfillment, and post-purchase stages.

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in data and text analytics, data science.
  • Expertise in LLM-based modeling, data science, SQL, and web analytics.
  • Proven ability to handle large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
