Position: Data Quality & Assurance Analyst

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit, and validate data collected from field operations and implementation partners to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal SOPs and project standards

• Identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and anomalies, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve data quality frameworks, validation protocols, checklists, and standard operating procedures

• Build, manage, and maintain structured Excel-based trackers, dashboards, MIS reports, and reporting tools for operational monitoring

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data associates, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, project managers, operations, and technology teams to streamline data collection and validation workflows

• Support internal audits and third-party verification processes by maintaining clean, organized, and well-documented datasets.

• Generate periodic reports and insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Data Analytics, Science, Commerce, Statistics, or related fields preferred)

• 2–3 years of experience in data quality, data operations, validation, MIS, analytics, or related functions

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

  • Pivot Tables

  • Data Validation

  • Conditional Formatting

  • Advanced Formulas & Functions

  • Reporting & Dashboarding

• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a team is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented approach

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
