As a member of the Practitioner Directory team at athenahealth, your role will involve managing provider data to ensure it is current, consistent, accurate, complete, and reflective of the US Healthcare industry requirements and expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Validating data from multiple sources and efficiently de-duplicating any provided list while linking to the golden master record.
- Conducting data research to update the master record with more current information.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Data Quality and Data Curation.
- Providing recommendations based on analysis results.

To excel in this role, typical qualifications include:

- Having 2+ years of experience in Data management, Data matching, Data Governance, and web research.
- Utilizing logical thinking and decision-making skills to perform effectively.
- Demonstrating a passion for and the ability to analyze large datasets, preferably in Excel.
- Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills, which are mandatory for this position.
