Role Overview We are looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes tech communities + social media. This role is about building culture, sparking conversations, and scaling engagement across KodNest App and external platforms. You'll be the voice of KodNest students online, making the community feel like family while driving tangible impact (engagement, referrals, brand love, conversions). KodNest App Community Daily Coding Wins, Placement Stories, AMA with Mentors). Moderate and ensure quality, positivity, and knowledge sharing.

Social Media Community Manage

KodNest's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord/Telegram. Build creator-style content (shorts, reels, memes, carousels) with the creative team.

Community Growth

Build referral loops, ambassador programs, and hackathons. Organize online/offline community events (masterclasses, meetups).

Own analytics: engagement, sentiment, and community → placement conversions. 2–4 years in community management / social media growth / ed-tech or startup ecosystem. ~ Deep understanding of student psychology + internet culture. ~ Strong content instincts (knows what works on Reels/LinkedIn/Discord). ~ Build a cult-like student community in India's fastest-growing ed-tech brand. own end-to-end community strategy.
