Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Operator to manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system. The role involves updating records, tracking leads, supporting the sales team with accurate data and ensuring smooth customer relationship management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer information, leads and sales data in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries and follow-ups.
• Track and assign leads to the sales team and monitor progress.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports related to leads, sales and customer activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and campaign tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, data entry and database maintenance.
• Follow up with the sales team to update lead status and customer feedback.
• Identify duplicate or incorrect entries and maintain clean CRM data.
• Assist management with MIS reports and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM handling, data management or similar role.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce - CRM, Gati, Zoho, ERP or similar systems.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead management.
• Ability to generate reports and analyze CRM data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
