Job Description:
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits. • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output. • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. • Apply data program techniques and procedures. • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. • Scan documents and print files as needed. • Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies. • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files. • Comply with data integrity and security policies. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position • Fast typing skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms • Basic understanding of databases • Good command of English, both oral and written • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) • Strong internet connection and personal computer • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits: • Customer and account data entry • Confidential information management • Operating office equipment • Professional development opportunities Apply tot his job
