We are seeking a Data Consultant – Tableau to lead data visualization, reporting, and analytics initiatives for non-profit organizations and educational institutions.

Successful candidates will be Tableau experts, capable of designing scalable dashboards, building impactful visual stories, and translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights. Experience working with Salesforce (including NPSP and EDA), relational databases, and ETL tools is highly preferred.

This role requires extensive client engagement, demanding exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for empowering organizations to harness data for meaningful impact. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST)

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the data-tableau reporting resource on Salesforce implementation and data projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Translate business requirements into data visualization and reporting solutions.
  • Integrate Tableau with Salesforce, data warehouses, and external systems.
  • Collaborate with data migration and ETL teams to ensure clean, structured datasets for reporting.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure best practices in Tableau development.
  • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tableau features, Salesforce reporting capabilities, NPSP, and/or EDA.
  • Assess client business requirements and design architecturally sound analytics solutions.
  • Deliver project assignments on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide informal mentorship and facilitate knowledge-sharing opportunities.

  • Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of consulting or analytics experience.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Prep, and/or Server/Cloud) including:
  • Data modeling
  • Dashboard design
  • Calculated fields
  • LOD expressions
  • Performance optimization
  • Experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce and other cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce will be considered an added advantage. Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience with ETL tools (Jitterbit, Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, SSIS) is a plus.
  • Understanding Agile methodology.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain during onboarding).
  • Experience working with nonprofits and/or higher education institutions is preferred.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics solutions.
