#SwastikStories is looking for #DataAnalyst (#ContentMediaStrategy)

Key Responsibilities

1. #PerformanceTracking: Manage and analyze data across #YouTubeAnalytics, #MetaBusinessSuite, and FAST platform logs to identify #viewershiptrends.

2. Revenue Intelligence: Analyze #CPMs, fill rates, and ad-yield across different

platforms to help the sales and content teams maximize ROI.

3. #AudienceFunneling: Develop insights on how our social media followers (short-form) convert into long-form viewers on our FAST and YouTube channels.

4. #Programming Strategy: Work with the content team to suggest The Grid—data-backed scheduling for our FAST channel based on peak engagement times.

5. Dashboards & Visualization: Build and maintain automated, easy-to-read

dashboards (#Tableau, #PowerBI, or #GoogleDataStudio) for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience: 2–4 years in a data-centric role, ideally within Media, OTT, or a Digital Agency.

2. Tech Stack: Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and #SQL is non-negotiable. Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Looker/PowerBI) is required.

3. Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of YouTube Creator Studio metrics

(#AverageViewDuration, #CTR, #TrafficSources) and #InstagramInsights.
