Role Overview:
As a System Tester - IoT and Data Driven Business at Siemens, you will be part of a passionate team working on innovative solutions in various domains such as industry, energy, mobility, and buildings. Your role will involve solving complex problems using data analytics, artificial intelligence, simulations, and interactive visualization to contribute to the digitalization initiative in Secondary Distribution Automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete end-to-end testing of software solutions for electrification and automation problems, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Define acceptance criteria and develop test cases to validate solution requirements.
- Execute test cases accurately, document test results, and ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Identify opportunities for technology harmony and re-use, and collaborate with globally located teams.
- Participate in the resolution of field problems for new and existing products.

Qualification Required:
- Master/Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or related discipline from a reputed institute.
- Hands-on experience with Power System Simulators like Omicron/Doble and strong grasp of Power Distribution technologies.
- Understanding of protocols such as HTTP, MQTT, ModBus, cloud applications, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like Web Browser, HTML/CSS/JS, and test automation frameworks like Selenium/Robot framework.
- Experience with version control systems like Azure DevOps/JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipeline understanding.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent oral & written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Automation frameworks such as Selenium Test Environment (STE).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and RPA or scripting languages.
- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
