**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**:

- Teach dance techniques, styles, and choreography to students of various skill levels.
- Provide explicit and constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
- **Choreography**:

- Create and choreograph dance routines for performances, recitals, or competitions.
- Adapt choreography to suit the skill levels and abilities of the students.
- **Class Management**:

- Manage and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a focused and productive atmosphere.
- Attend to the individual needs of students, offering assistance and support as required.
- **Assessment and Progress Tracking**:

- Evaluate and assess students' progress through regular assessments and feedback.
- Keep records of student attendance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate with students and their parents/guardians regarding class schedules, performances, and any relevant updates.
- Collaborate with other dance teachers and staff to ensure a coordinated and cohesive dance program.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and developments in the field of dance.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

• *Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in dance or a related field (preferred).
- Professional dance experience or relevant certifications.
- Previous teaching experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for dance and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
