Job Description:Amatir seeks passionate and value-driven classical dance educator (Kathak) to join our mission of holistic education. The role demands more than classroom instruction it calls for mentorship, creativity, empathy, and active participation in the Gurukul community.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver engaging lessons for classical dance forms especially Kathak, aligned with Amatirs curriculum philosophy.Integrate experiential learning, art-based pedagogy, and interdisciplinary connections into teaching.Assess students academic, social, and emotional progress and adapt instruction to their needs.Contribute to curriculum design, project development, and academic innovation.Utilise technology effectively to enhance learning outcomes.Participate in co-curricular and community-building activities.Support campus events, celebrations, and cultural programs as part of the residential community.Reside on campus and assist in evening activities sessions (approximately 2 hours post-school).
