We are looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate Dance Choreographer to join our growing dance academy. The ideal candidate should be able to teach students of various age groups and skill levels, helping them develop their dance techniques and stage presence.

Key Responsibilities: Teach various dance styles (Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, or Classical) to students. Prepare students for academy events, competitions, and annual stage performances. Conduct engaging demo classes for new walk-in students. Maintain a positive and disciplined environment within the studio.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or Choreographer. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children and adults. A portfolio or video showreel of previous choreography work is mandatory. Punctuality and a professional attitude toward teaching.

Salary & Compensation (Revenue Sharing Model): We offer a high-growth 70:30 Revenue Sharing Model: 70% Share: Goes to the Academy (Covers Management, Marketing, and Infrastructure). 30% Share: Goes directly to the Choreographer. Growth Potential: Your earnings are directly linked to student enrollment. As the number of students increases, your monthly income grows without any fixed cap.
