Job Description

We are looking for a D2C Manager to drive end-to-end growth and revenue for a fast-growing startup. The role will focus on performance marketing, funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and retention, while managing the overall D2C website ecosystem and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the D2C revenue roadmap including monthly targets, growth planning, and profitability benchmarks.
  • Manage end-to-end website funnel performance (Visit → ATC → Checkout → Repeat) and improve conversion rates and AOV.
  • Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and unit economics.
  • Lead A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and landing page optimization to improve website performance.
  • Build customer retention strategies through cohort analysis, lifecycle journeys, and repeat purchase programs.
  • Oversee Shopify operations including listings, pricing, bundling, offers, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to drive creative testing, campaign performance, and growth initiatives.
