Financial Data Analysis Analyse financial statements, business drivers, and performance metrics to identify trends and variances. Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis to support strategic planning. Provide data‑driven insights for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews. Build automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Python. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all financial reports. Support FP&A activities including billing, revenue management, and headcount management. Assist with annual budgeting and scenario planning models. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand analytical needs. Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A. Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulae, Power Query, pivot tables). Experience with BI tools such as Power BI. Understanding of financial statements, FP&A processes, and business performance metrics. High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
