PROJECT DETAILS:

I provide:
Professional OSHA safety manual template (MS Word)

You customize:
Company-specific details for each client

Turnaround: 7 days per project

Ongoing: 2-4 projects per month to start, scaling up

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Receive client intake form with company details
Customize template with client-specific information (company name, address, employee count, specific equipment and hazards, emergency contacts)
Ensure all OSHA-required elements are complete
Deliver in PDF and editable Word format

REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years OSHA compliance experience
Specific knowledge of construction industry safety
Familiar with 2026 OSHA regulations
Experience creating safety manuals
Excellent attention to detail
Fast turnaround capability

COMPENSATION:
$ per project depending on complexity
Paid via Upwork milestone payments
Ongoing work: 8-15 projects per month once scaled
