Shift timing : 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Working days : 6 days a week

Job description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in outbound and inbound voice processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities :

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner through chat process.

2. Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls.

3. Meeting performance targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements:

1. Graduate or Undergraduate (12th) qualification.

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
