Designation: Customer Support Executive

Reporting to: Customer Support Manager

Work Location: Gurgaon

This role would have Rotational Shifts and Rotational week offs.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our Customer Service

team as a Customer Support Executive (Italian-Language speaking).

In this role, your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by

providing timely, professional, and effective support across multiple channels, including

email, social media, and phone.

Responsibilities
Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
Engage with customers to resolve inquiries, concerns, or complaints with
empathy and efficiency.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and
suggesting information about other products and services.
Maintain a qualified tone and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
Handling queries from international customers on call, Email & social media.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Conducting timely follow-ups with customers to gather additional information or
provide updates.
Effectively negotiating terms and conditions to meet both customer needs and
company objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer
experience.
Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts aligned with US business hours

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal).
Italian Language Expert (B2 or above)
Fresher or 1+ year of experience in providing support in Italian language
A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
Hands on experience with MS Office and internet research
In-depth understanding of customer service practices
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Robust listening skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Should be Flexible for Rotational Shifts and Rotational Weekly Offs
