Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers.

    • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to products, services, and policies.

    • Troubleshoot technical or non-technical issues efficiently.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

    • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.

    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

    • Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

    • Adhere to process compliance, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).


    Key Skills & Requirements:

    • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) – Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

    • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.

    • Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs (24/7 work environment).

    • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage.

    • Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process will be preferred.
