Qualifications / Requirements

Any Graduate with 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Experience in a banking process environment.
Familiarity with inbound calling and call handling.
