Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer
Support team. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice interactions, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Respond to customer queries via chat and semi-voice support
● Assist customers with online orders and e-commerce sales
● Provide accurate product and order-related information
● Update customer details and reports using internal systems
● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
● Maintain high customer satisfaction and conversion standards

Required Skills
  • Good communication skills in English, Malayalam & Tamil
  • Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel & Google Sheets
  • Typing speed proficiency for non-voice roles
  • Customer service or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

  • 6 days working.
  • No night shift
  • Week off on rotational basis
