Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with knowledge of Tally to assist customers with accounting-related queries, maintain financial records, and provide support for billing and documentation. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and experience working with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries related to billing, invoices, and accounts.
  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally.
  • Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and purchase/sales entries.
  • Assist customers with payment follow-ups and account statements.
  • Maintain accurate customer and financial records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team and sales team for order and payment processing.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Prepare basic reports such as sales reports, outstanding reports, and ledger reports from Tally.

  • Required Skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts (ledger, GST, invoices, vouchers).
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills

  • Educational Qualification:
  • B.Com / M.Com Only.
  • Certification or training in Tally with GST mandatory.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in billing, accounting support, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of GST billing and filing basics).
