Ravel is a fast-growing custom haircare and skincare brand featured on Shark Tank and recently listed on the stock exchange. Built on strong product results, credibility, and powerful storytelling, we are now scaling our Sales team.

The role:

You'll sell directly to warm leads every day. Customers who visited our website, added products to cart, or showed purchase intent but didn't convert. Your job is to close them. This isn't cold calling. Every lead already knows Ravel. You just need to get them over the line. This is completely desk job and no field work will be required.

What you'll do daily:
  • Call warm leads (abandoned carts, incomplete orders, past buyers) and convert them into paying customers
  • Hit daily and weekly sales recovery targets
  • Handle objections around pricing, trust, shipping, and product fit on the spot
  • Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and purchase history
  • Share ground-level insights with the marketing team on what's working and what's killing conversions

  • You're right for this if:
  • 1-2 years in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales roles
  • You're target-driven and motivated by numbers, not just activity
  • Comfortable doing 150-200+ calls/day and closing a meaningful percentage
  • Fluent in Hindi and English with persuasive communication skills
  • You understand the difference between pushing a sale and earning one

  • Good to have:
  • Sold in D2C, ecommerce, beauty, or personal care space
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or dialer platforms
  • Experience working with performance incentives tied to conversion
