Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services

Maintain CRM records and update customer interaction details

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Follow up on open customer issues and ensure timely resolution
